Oudomxay Political Chief Commander Donates Supplies to Flood Victims in Kornoy Sub-district

(LPAN) On September 30, 2026, Maj. Gen. Tui Phommixay, Political Chief Commander of the Oudomxay Provincial Military Headquarters, with his Team visited to Kornoy Sub-district in Xay District, Oudomxay Province, he presented 5.000.000kip to assist post-flood recovery efforts. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Mr Khamyeua Xaiyaked, President of the Kornoy Sub-district Administration Committee, with other local officials.
This relief donation aims to assist flood-affected residents in Kornoy Sub-district, providing moral support and demonstrating deep concern for those who suffered damages. Mr Khamyeua Xaiyaked expressed sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Party Committee of the Oudomxay Provincial Military Headquarters for their physical and material assistance. He affirmed that the donated funds would be utilized transparently and effectively to support disaster recovery efforts.
