Regiment 11 Announce Rank Promotion to Military Officers

(LPAN) On August 27, 2026, Regiment 11 announce rank promotion to military officers, chaired by Col. Khamsay Mondouangsing, Political Chief Commander of Regiment 11, with the participation of the Party Committee, Command Committee of the Regiment, and related departments taking part in.
Lt. Col. Viengthong Thammanoun, Head of the Personnel Section of Regiment 11, past agreement ranking promotion of the Ministry of National Defense and the General Political Department, the 106 officers newly promoted Capitan to Major 33 officer, Lieutenant to Captain 32 officer, Sub-Lieutenant to Lieutenant 35 officer, Warrant Officer to Sub-Lieutenant 6 officer.
Final Col. Khamsay Mondouangsing, talked to newly promoted ranking military officers saying that rank promotion must meet the duty and responsibility requirement. It showed that the higher leadership has trusted and assigned those military officers who get promoted to carry out political tasks assignment to achieve the expected goals.
