(LPAN) On June 23, 2026, there was ceremony handover Head Logistics Department of Xay District Military Headquarters, between Lt. Col. Viengkham Sayphousone head of the Logistics Department (former) and Maj. Vanxay Phamaikham head of the Logistics Department (new). The ceremony was presided by Brig. Gen. Tui Phommixay, Political Chief Commander of the Oudomxay Provincial Military Headquarters, with the participation of Party committees, command committees, relevant departments, and even cadres and soldiers taking place.
At the ceremony, a memorandum was signed officially handing over the duties of the Head Logistics Department of the Xay District Military Headquarters between the old and the new.
This occasion, Brig. Gen. Tui Phommixay spoke to the newly, increase their leadership and guidance roles, educate the military and soldiers in politics and ideology, have strong political qualities, have a strict leadership and command structure, improve and build the force to be strong and comprehensive, focus all their wisdom, knowledge and abilities into carrying out the assigned political duties, and continue to develop the department for positive transformation.
