KMA announces promotion to its military personnel

(LPAN) On June 3, 2026, the Kommadam Military Academy (KMA) announced the promotion for military personnel at the KMA Club, Presided by Maj. Gen. Doaunsavanh Sayphimkhampathum, Deputy Director of General Political Department (GPD), there were Party- Command Committee, officers, combatants, and related sections participate in.
Col. Inphone Sayasith Director of Personnel Department of GSD passed the agreement of the Ministry of Defense and the agreement of the General Political Department on the promotion of military officers in the General Staff Department. In this 72 Officers were promoted Major to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, 31 Officer were female.
This occasion, the president expressed his deep appreciation and highlighted several significant challenges to the newly promoted officers, and also emphasizing them to uphold their responsibilities in their respective field, as a good model in performing their duties, and continue training themselves to possess strong political qualities, contribute significantly to develop their units, and complete the political tasks assigned.
