MOD present certificate of honor to Chok Meexay Construction Company

(LPAN) On February 18, 2026, the Ministry of National Defense (MOD) held a ceremony to present a certificate of honor to Chok Meexay Construction Company Limited. On behalf of the Ministry of National Defense, the certificate was presented by Brig. Gen. Khamhong Labouamahaxay, Deputy Director General of MOD Office and the certificate was received by Mr. Suraxay Sudphila, on behalf of Chok Meexay Construction Company Limited, with relevant staff from two departments’ attendance in. The purpose of this certificate of honor is to commemorate the achievements and merits of the company, to promote the construction of the parking next to the Department of Comprehensive Research building and to congratulate the success of the 6th Congress of the Party Committee of the Ministry of National Defense.
