Deputy Director General of GSD receives Army Art Troupe of Myanmar

(LPAN) On December 11, 2018, Deputy Director General of the General Staff Department (GSD), Maj. Gen. Chanthong Sone-ta-art, revived an Art Troupe of the National Army of the Republic of Union of Myanmar led by Deputy Director of Psychology and Psychological War Department, Brig. Gen. Xormintoun, on the occasion the Art Troupe visited for art performance to contribute in creating joyful atmosphere to mark the 70th Anniversary of the Lao People’s Army Founding Day, during December 10-17, 2018.
This occasion, the Deputy Director General of the GSD expressed his warm welcome and highly valued for coming to perform art of the Myanmar Army art Troupe in contribution of marking the 70th Anniversary of te Lao People’s Army Founding Day, which would strengthen the friendly relation and close cooperation between the two nations and armies Laos-Myanmar.
Then, the Director of Psychology and Psychological War Department of the National Army of the Republic of Union of Myanmar, Brig. Gen. Xormintoun, expressed his thanks to Maj. Gen. Chanthong Sone-ta-art for the warm welcome promising to keep on strengthening fruitful cooperation and friendly relation between the two nations and armies Myanmar-Laos forever.
