Lao Border Military Headquarters wishes Defence Attaché of Vietnam

(LPAN) On the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the National Day of the Vietnamese People's Republic (02/09/1945-02/09/2026), Leadership Committee of Lao border military headquarters led by Political Chief Commander, Brig. Gen. Si Thavisay, took Flower Basket to wish. Col. Phan Huu Thang, head of the Office of the Vietnamese Defence Attache to Laos.
Brig. Gen. Si Thavisay expressed his congratulation to the most special historical day wishing to keep on enhancing defence cooperation as well as special friendship, solidarity and mutual support between the two nations in general and the two armies Laos-Vietnam in particular. Col. Phan Huu Thang, then, expressed his gratitude and sincere thanks to Lao border military headquarters Leadership Committee of Lao Defence Ministry in closely strengthening friendly relation between the two nations and armies Vietnam-Laos on the basis of mutual interest and contribution in maintaining international peace and security as well.
Contribute in strengthening traditional friendship relation and solidarity and cooperation between the two nations and armies Laos-Vietnam and Vietnam-Laos to be even stronger and more solid.
