Director Propaganda and Training Department Receives Vietnam Military History Museum Experts

On June 29, 2026, Brigadier General Keosuvan Phangphilavong, Director of the Propaganda and Training Department of the General Political Department, received a courtesy call to report on the successful completion of the mission at the Lao People’s Army History Museum by Lieutenant Colonel Dao Suy Nam, Head of the Artifact Inspection and Warehouse Management Section and also Head of the Vietnam Military History Museum Expert Delegation.
Lieutenant Colonel Dao Duy Nam reported that. Over the course of the one-month mission (from June 1 to 30, 2026), key achievements included artifact inspection, implementing digital technology for artifact data storage, artifact preservation and management, as well as surveying and assessing three cinema rooms.
On this occasion, Brigadier General Keosuvan Phangphilavong commended the expert delegation for their high sense of responsibility, dedication, and exceptional professionalism. The delegation worked alongside Lao personnel to inspect artifact inventories, categorize items, input data into digital systems, and organize warehouses. Furthermore, they provided guidance and exchanged valuable professional expertise in museum management.
