Oudomxay Provincial Military Headquarter Hands over CR Vehicles to Two Units

(LPAN) On May 20, 2026, the Oudomxay Provincial Military Headquarter held an official handover ceremony of CR vehicles to two recipient units: the Transport Section under the Logistics Division of the Oudomxay Provincial Military Headquarter, and the Namor District Military Headquarter in Oudomxay Province.
The ceremony was presided over by Brigadier General Touy Phommixay, Political Chief Commander of the Oudomxay Provincial Military Headquarter. The event was also attended by Colonel Khamsing Phonpaseuth, Head of the Technical Division of the Oudomxay Provincial Military Headquarer, along with the Party Committee, command staff, and representatives from relevant sections.
According to the decree, two CR vehicles were handed over: vehicle license plate ກທ 0018 (LA 0018) was allocated to the Transport Section of the Logistics Division, and vehicle license plate ກທ 0018 (LA 0020) was allocated to the Namor District Military Command. Both units are tasked with managing and utilizing the vehicles to effectively support their respective missions.
On this occasion, Brigadier General Touy Phommixay urged the recipient units to uphold a high sense of responsibility. He emphasized the importance of providing political education to the drivers, as well as conducting regular maintenance and technical inspections to ensure the long-term serviceability of the vehicles for official duties.
