Luang Prabang Governor visits at 3 Military Border Company

Mr. Dr. Bounluen Sinxayvoravong, Governor of Luang Prabang Province visited Military Border Company161, 162 and 163 On May 8-9, 2026. He was warmly welcomed by all party-command committee and military personnel of the 3 company.
This occasion, the governor had expressed his complement to the tireless movement of all military personnel in maintaining security and order borders over the past years. He also called for all commanding officers as well as military border personnel to continue enhancing their internal unity into honorably political mission, implementing 4 major work plans and 26 projects issued by the Party Committee of National Defence Ministry, paying attention to follow the party guideline and policy of self –sufficiency to improve military life quality along with building up strong unit and comprehensive leadership of party unit to ensure the peaceful protection borders of Luang Prabang provinces.
Mr. Dr. Bounluen Sinxayvoravong and his team donated a total of 78,000,000 kip to all 3 Company and Company 26,000,000 kip each, and sports equipment and consumer goods.
