Division 3 closely cooperates with Bolikhamxay Province

(LPAN) On March 20, 2026, Brig. Gen. Saythong Pisachan, Political Chief Commander of Division 3, visited and exchanged lessons at the Military Headquarters of Bolikhamxay Provincial Military Headquarters, welcomed by Brig. Gen. Khamphan Vilutham, Military Chief of Bolikhamxay Provincial Military Headquarters.
Both sides had exchanged their points of view in order to build deeply cooperation and exchange their experience together.
During their talk, both sides had focused on several issues such as: maintaining peace, security and order, political grass root building, raising awareness to be ready for combat and disaster management, building forces, training exercise, party building, public organization and international-local cooperation and the both sides also agreed and sign a memorandum of understanding on their cooperation in the future.
Then, they also gave commemorative gifts and played solidarity sports together.
