Grassroots Building Department visits Task Force 214

(LPAN)On March 5, 2026, Colonel Khamhang Xaymoungkhoun, Director of the Grassroots Building Department of the General Political Department (GPD), along with his delegation, visited Task Force 214 to inspect and encourage grassroots development activities. The delegation was welcomed by Lieutenant Colonel Kittilath Phothisane, Deputy Head of Military Operations of Task Force 214, with representatives from the Savannakhet Provincial Military Command, Provincial Public Security, local authorities, grassroots officials, and local residents in attendance.
During the visit, Lieutenant Colonel Kittilath Phothisane provided a brief progress report on recent grassroots operations. Following the report, Colonel Khamhang Xaymoungkhoun delivered remarks to the personnel stationed at Task Force 214. He urged them to continue their political missions with depth and practical focus, foster unity, and actively mobilize the local population to ensure a clear understanding of the Party’s policies and State laws.
On this occasion, the Head of the Grassroots Building Department also presented a desktop computer set to Task Force 214 to support their administrative work.
